Morrison Avenue & Jackson Street Roundabout

This transformative transportation project improves mobility and safety at one of Muncie’s key intersections. Working in partnership with INDOT, we reconstructed the roadway, installed a new three-sided box culvert, expanded stormwater capacity, and relocated critical utilities to support a modern roundabout design. The project enhances traffic flow, reduces congestion, and increases long-term infrastructure resilience.
