Muncie Central High School Infrastructure

As part of Muncie Community Schools’ 2024 bond improvements, our team delivered the critical front-end work needed to modernize the Muncie Central campus. This included strategic demolition, major site regrading, and relocation of aging utilities to support new and upgraded school facilities. With tight school-year timelines, we ensured continuity of access, safety, and coordinated phasing- laying the groundwork for long-term campus renewal.
